Goal Setting vs Intention Setting Good morning  , As the new year unfolds, many of us feel pressure to set ambitious goals. While goals can be great for creating structure and motivation, they aren’t the only way to navigate the year ahead. Let’s explore an alternative approach: intention setting. So, what’s the difference, and how do you choose?   Starting Fresh in 2025! Hello  , As we step into 2025, it’s easy to get caught up in resolutions and to-do lists. But what if we focused less on what we  have  to do and more on how we  want  to feel this year? A positive mindset is the foundation for creating meaningful and lasting change. Here are a few tips to help you start the year with a fresh perspective: Reflect on the Past Year Take a moment to celebrate your wins—big and small. What are you proud of? Mistakes are stepping stones, not roadblocks. Ask yourself: What can I gain from this experience? Practice Daily A...

How did you feel about the kind moments that you had with yourself and others throughout the year? Set intentions for 2025. What are three specific ways you want to give back in the coming year? How can you make kindness—toward yourself and others—a part of your daily routine? What support or resources might help you main...
